Opening Doors was a performance laboratory led by ideas, observations and actions around doors. It was about the body’s relation to architecture, history and the present. It was about the social, poetical, imaginary and performative functions of doors, the metaphors of entrance and exit, control and division.
Opening Doors was born as part of a Nordic Resort residency at Reykjavik Art Academy during January-April 2007.
